These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of kathmandu.kitchen (the “Site”), operated by Kathmandu Kitchen & Bar, 33 Wilbur Cross Way, Unit #103, Storrs, CT 06268. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site to learn about our restaurant, view our menu, and request reservations or catering. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Reservations & Online Ordering
Reservation requests submitted through the Site, by phone, or by email are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us. We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations, including for large parties or during holidays, at our discretion.
Online orders placed through our “Order Online” links are processed by Toast, a third-party ordering platform, and are subject to Toast’s own terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Menu, Pricing & Allergens
Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. Dum Biryani requires 24-hour advance notice. Allergen information shown on the Site is provided as a general guide; our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other allergens, and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contact. Please inform your server of any food allergy or dietary restriction before ordering.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, photographs, logos, and design, is owned by Kathmandu Kitchen & Bar or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party services such as Toast and Google Maps. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on it is always current.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kathmandu Kitchen & Bar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
